In order to find you the perfect fit we have a couple of tips you can use along with our sizing chart:

Measure a favourite sweatshirt of your own - one that fits you well! Lay it out flat and measure the width and the length. Compare these measurements to the size chart to find the closest fit. Our chart indicates the exact measurement of each t-shirt.

We use Royal Mail 48 hours with confirmation of delivery at a flat rate of £3.99 / order

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Zone 1 - Croatia, France, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden - £8.99 / Order

Zone 2 - Belgium, Cyprus, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Poland - £9.99 / Order

Zone 3 - Australia, Austria, Canada, Denmark, Finland, Latvia, Malta, New Zealand, United States - £14.00 / Order

Zone 4 - ROW - £10.00 / Order

All shipments to Zones 1-3 are sent Royal Mail Tracked International.

Please note Zone 4 ROW shipments are untracked.

If you order from any countries not listed in our approved shipping zones 1-3 (see above), then we do not guarantee delivery and any lost mail will not be compensated.

Shipments outside of zones 1-3 may not be shipped with tracked postage if the service is not available with Royal Mail.

DELIVERY TIMES
Once we have received your order; we will aim to have it to you within 7-10 business days for the UK (due to Covid-19 please allow a few days more) and 10-14 business days for international tracked orders. Once your order has been dispatched you will be notified by email and provided with a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

WRONG SIZE OR DEFECT

We can only accept returns due to sizing issues or defective garments. Please notify us at customerservice@brutusgold.co.uk before returning items with your order number.

Sizing Issue

In case a garment should not fit, you have the option to return the item back to us within 14 days. We always recommend customers try to avoid this situation, by carefully using our size guides. But we understand, sometimes it just doesn’t fit and there’s no need to worry.

For us to accept a returned item, it must be in the condition it was sent out - unwashed and unworn.

Once we have received the item; we are able to offer a Brutus Gold Boutique gift voucher for the value of the garment(s); so you can buy the correct size. We think this is much less complicated and gives you more time to decide what you wish to buy.

Defective

In the unlikely event that any garment should be defective or not up to our usual standards, please contact my team at customerservice@brutusgold.co.uk with your name, order number, and a picture of the defect. We will gladly look into the problem for you and offer you a replacement or full refund if necessary.

T&C's:

We reserve the right to withhold a refund, credit or exchange if your item is deemed unfit for resale.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the item is returned safely. So make sure any item(s) are well packed and sealed. We would recommend sending your returns using a Recorded Delivery service for your peace of mind, and ours.

We aim to refund items within 3 working days of receiving your item(s). Please allow up to 14 working days to see the refund in your account.

Splendid quality and fit.

Not usually an unknown brand shopper but noticed this on my insta feed. Received it this morning and on opening the excellent eco friendly mail bag I have to say that I am delighted, both with the sweatshirt which is a womens cut and the lovely quality of the garment + I now have a very quirky original piece for my wardrobe. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
