Zone 1 - Croatia, France, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden - £8.99 / Order
Zone 2 - Belgium, Cyprus, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Poland - £9.99 / Order
Zone 3 - Australia, Austria, Canada, Denmark, Finland, Latvia, Malta, New Zealand, United States - £14.00 / Order
Zone 4 - ROW - £10.00 / Order
All shipments to Zones 1-3 are sent Royal Mail Tracked International.
Please note Zone 4 ROW shipments are untracked.
If you order from any countries not listed in our approved shipping zones 1-3 (see above), then we do not guarantee delivery and any lost mail will not be compensated.
Shipments outside of zones 1-3 may not be shipped with tracked postage if the service is not available with Royal Mail.
Once we have received your order, we will aim to have it to you within 7-10 working days (due to Covid-19 please allow a few days more). Once your order has been dispatched you will be notified by email and provided with a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.
We offer a return policy of 30 days. To set up a return, please contact my team at firstname.lastname@example.org, please include your original order number and the size you'd like if you are exchanging sizes, and my team take care of the rest! Before purchasing any of my t-shirts please check the size guide carefully to avoid any mistakes and unnecessary extra costs, (see T&Cs below).
In the unlikely event that the garment is defective or not up to our usual standards please contact my team at email@example.com with a picture of the damaged item and your order number and my team will gladly take a look to see what the problem was.
Once your returned item gets back to us, we will give it a check over to make sure it’s in its original condition. This means:
- It hasn’t been washed.
- It’s just like we sent it.
- It hasn't been worn.
- For UK exchanges the customer pays both way shipping costs.
If your item meets this description, we’re happy to you a full refund or exchange for defective items and exchange any wrong size orders (Customer is responsible for both way shipping costs incorrect sizing orders).
We reserve the right to withhold a refund, credit or exchange if your item is deemed unfit for resale.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the item is returned safely. So make sure any item(s) are well packed and sealed. We would recommend sending your returns using a Recorded Delivery service for your peace of mind, and ours.
We aim to refund items within 3 working days of receiving your item(s). Please allow up to 14 working days to see the refund in your account.
